北京慶豐包子鋪將借殼上市

曾因中國國家主席習近平排隊買包子而爆紅的慶豐包子鋪，傳出將在明年3、4月，透過借殼上市的方式登陸新三板！北京慶豐包子鋪總經理高文慧在接受北京商報專訪時透露了公司未來5年的擴張計畫，除借殼上市外，還將成立包子研究院。

為了縮短上市時間，慶豐包子鋪計畫以借母公司「北京華天飲食集團」的殼登入新三板。

高文慧表示，慶豐包子鋪是一家純國有的獨資企業，屬「北京華天飲食集團」，並非改制企業，因此要想直接上市，需要先行改制為股份有限公司，不過這樣至少需要3年時間。

由於母公司「華天飲食集團」旗下就有一家現成的股份有限公司，借殼上市僅需1年半的時間，比直接上市縮短了一半的時間。

至於上市原因，高文慧表示，除了融資，更多是為了建立起現代企業管理機制。

此外，慶豐管理學院和包子研究院也將在8月初正式成立，為慶豐未來提供人才儲備和培養。未來5年，慶豐包子的門市計畫發展到1,000家，其中80％將是加盟店，另在瀋陽、哈爾濱、山東、鄭州和西安分別設立5個物流基地。

2013年12月，中國國家主席習近平到北京月壇北街慶豐包子鋪排隊、吃包子的事件引發一陣「包子熱」，慶豐包子也從此快速竄紅，市場上加盟的請求不斷，甚至出現山寨版的慶豐包子。
